Question about Bilo Lab

Do I have to do the Lighthalzen quest with every char of 1 account? I did it with my Ranger, I have the permit and can put it on my Assessian Cross, but with that char I don't get in.

for other characters you just need to wear laboratory permit, geek glasses, grandpa beard >>>buy @warp lhz_in02 87 208

then @warp lhz_in01 25 141

 

try @lhz also wearing your lab permit
