do these MVP's that can be summon using Bloody Branch can drop cards?

I still didn't receive any help regarding the issue, but the first thread I've made here at forum is closed. I can provide images or you guys can check the account to see that i didnt receive any guild pack. Can someone explain to me what kind of help my account received?

I've checked it already, Full inventory, I mean slots. I have full inventory slots when I claim the guild pack. I forgot to store all of the items in my inventory.

I've claimed the guild pack in a full inventory and sadly i didn't receive the guild pack. I checked the in-game mail and the pack is not there also. Is there any way to get the guild pack? Thanks in advance.
